Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence! That's why we allow returns on all items for a full refund (minus original shipping costs), provided the return guidelines below are met. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help make the return process as simple as possible.

Return Requirements

• A completed Return Form must be included with every return. Returns received without a completed Return Form will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Do not send returns requiring a signature upon delivery. Packages requiring a signature may be refused or delayed.
• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returns sent after the 7-day return period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and be free from signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations.

Refunds

• We offer refunds on eligible returned merchandise.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PayPal Payments

Important: PayPal no longer refunds the processing fees they charge merchants.

If you paid using PayPal and request a refund, the PayPal processing fee (3.5%) will be deducted from your refund amount.

We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. While we work hard to meet this timeframe, shipping times are not guaranteed.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss expedited shipping options.

Shipping Information

• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• We proudly ship both within the United States and internationally.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Overnight & Express Shipping

Orders requiring guaranteed Overnight or Express Shipping must be placed before 11:00 AM EST.

Please contact us by email before placing your order to verify that overnight shipping is available for your item.

Sizing:

When taking measurements:.

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust wearing a bra that you would be showing in. 
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline
• Shoulder: Measure across the top of your back, from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. You can also measure an outfit that you like the way it fits, by laying it flat, going across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. 
• Sleeve: Measure from the point of your shoulder to the point where you would like the sleeve to end.
• Length: Measure down the center of the back from the nape of your neck to the waistline. 

 

Garment Care Instructions:

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your Bling Boutique apparel, we recommend hand washing your garment in cold water with a mild detergent and either laying it flat or hanging it to dry.

When hand washing, do not soak the entire shirt. Instead, try to avoid getting the leather and UltraSuede® design elements excessively wet, as their color may bleed onto the body fabric if saturated.

Please do not take your Bling Boutique shirts to a dry cleaner. The high heat used during the dry cleaning process can compromise the adhesive that secures the crystals, potentially causing them to loosen or fall off.
